Ingredients

  • 1 can of cod liver
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 50 g of hard cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Parsley
  • 2 peppers
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame
  • Preparation Method

    1. Grate the potatoes on a large grater.
    2. Grate the eggs and cheese on a fine grater. Chop the greens.
    3. Place the cod liver on a plate and carefully mash the product with a fork.
    4. Mix all ingredients, add soy sauce, form balls 2-4 cm in diameter.
    5. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, stir constantly.
    6. Roll the balls in sesame, accurately place them on a flat plate and decorate with greens.
